Dear Friends,

I am very excited to announce the University of South Florida College of Behavioral & Community Science's 10th Anniversary! Although our departments have been around much longer, during USF's reorganization we became a college in 2008. Over the past 10 years our college has flourished and grown! The faculty and staff place a premium on student success and the results demonstrate that commitment. Our students are graduating on time, without excess hours, and good jobs in hand. In addition, our research portfolio has grown in both dollar amount and diversity of funders. Finally, and something I am most proud of, our faculty and students are committed to serving our community and engaging in important community service projects and research. In fact, just last year our students provided over 300,000 hours of community service!

During this 10th year, we will be hosting 10 spectacular events that highlight our extraordinary accomplishments as we celebrate "A Decade of Making a Difference" in student success, research, and community service. Please join me and our students, alumni, donors, faculty, staff, and friends at one or more of the special events kicking off in the Fall, 2018 and continuing over the next 12 months. We hope the upcoming year will be an opportunity for you to stay connected or reconnect with your friends in the college, and to engage in meaningful ways to support future generations of USF Bulls.
